Jersey, with its capital St. Helier, is renowned for Jersey Zoo and an array of great beaches and relaxed resorts. The ferry terminal offers a number of shops as well as outlets providing refreshments. There is also some duty-free shopping available, with shops also provided onboard a number of the ferries.

The Port of Weymouth is managed and controlled by the local Borough Council, and provides modern facilities for dealing with both passengers and freight. The terminal is a limited facility, offering a small store with snacks and newspapers. Any banking should be carried out before arrival at the terminal, as there is no bank on-site.
