The Terminal provides disabled toilets and lifts for wheelchair users, though passengers with special needs are advised to advise DFDS of their particular needs prior to travel.
The Port of Hamburg is by far the most important German port and is pleasantly located near radiant white Art Nouveau villas in magnificent parks. The mooring is in the centre of the historic city at the foot of 'Michel', the symbol of Hamburg, only a few minutes' walking distance from the heart of the city.
