Ferry companies operating from Rosslare Port
Stena Line offers a maximum of six sailings daily connecting Rosslare to Fishguard, decreasing to three to four sailings daily during the low season. One sailing a day is onboard the Superferry, with a journey time of 3 ½ hours, the other sailings are onboard the Stena Lyns, with a sailing time of just under 2 hours. Check-in times are 30 minutes prior to departure, except for the 16:00 sail, when passengers are expected to check-in 1 hour prior to sailing.
Irish Ferries operates two daily sailings - one in the morning and one at night between Rosslare and Pembroke, with a journey time of 3 hours and 45 minutes. This route is operated by the cruise ferry, Isle of Inishmore. They also service the Rosslare to Cherbourg route on board the Normandy. Journey time is 19 ½ hours. Ferries depart Rosslare at 17:00 and arrive in Cherbourg the following day at 13:30. Sailings change month to month, but are roughly once or twice a week.

P&O Irish Ferries connects Rosslare to Cherbourg in Normandy, France. The Rosslare-Cherbourg route sails three times a week on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday, with a journey time of 19 hours. This route is operated by the vessel, the European Diplomat, with meals included in the ticket price. The company also offers a Dublin-Cherbourg crossing, which takes 18 hours and departs from 'The Point' in Dublin every Saturday at 12:00 all year around - sometimes the ferry will stop at Rosslare, which increases the crossing time to 22 hours. Sailings are onboard the super-ferry, the European Ambassador, with meals included in the ticket price. Foot passengers are not allowed on this route.
