Transportation to and from the Port of Porec
Rovinj is connected to the rest of the country by a good road network, while ferries provide crossings to Italy, and connections to other coastal ports in Croatia.
Pula is located 55kms away by road, with directions clearly signposted from the town. Other locations in Croatia are readily accessible via the road network, with onward travel into Slovenia also possible by travelling north through Pula.
There is no railway station in Porec, but there is a bus station located just outside the town centre, behind the marina. Porec is well connected by bus lines to major cities in Croatia, Slovenia and Trieste, Italy.

You may reach the town indirectly by flying to the nearby airport of Pula. The airport of Pula is located about 7kms from the city centre, while Porec is situated 55kms from Pula.
Ferries connect the town with Venice in Italy as well as the towns of Umag, Portoroz and Pirano along the coast.
Parking is limited at the port, but there are some locations available around the town for long-term parking. You are advised to contact the port authority prior to arrival for further details.
