Port of Porec

Porec (Parenzo or Poreùc) is the largest resort on the Istrian Peninsula, and is renowned for its unique Roman and early Christian ruins. The streets of Porec are paved with the traces of great cultures, with remains of Hellenic, Romanesque and other periods still visible in the buildings around the town.
It is one of the most touristed towns in Croatia, with luxurious yachts docking at the harbour. Porec's bustling harbour offers several restaurants and cafes, while other conveniences include nearby hotels and shopping areas.
