Traveling to Port
Transportation to and from the Port of Piraeus
Piraeus has excellent transport links to the rest of the country, including motorways, rail and public bus networks. Ferries connect the port with most of the Greek islands, and internationally with Cyprus and Egypt, while the recently constructed airport provides flights to destinations around the world.
If driving from the city, follow Syngrou Avenue to Ipodromos. At Ipodromos turn right onto Possidonos road in the direction of Piraeus, and at the junction with Gr Lambraki turn right and then left. Continue on this road and you will soon reach the port in Piraeus.
