Pembroke Port provides facilities for major deepwater, dry cargo docking, with the port currently handling cargo and aggregate, passenger ferries, as well as oil-rig supply vessels. The £38 million purpose-built roll on-roll off terminal at Pembroke Dock affords excellent ferry terminal facilities in a modern housing. Irish Ferries operate their ferry service between Pembroke and Rosslare on a twice-daily basis, with occasional calls by other ships. The Milford Docks Company provides all land-based services at the Ferry Port.

Passenger Terminal facilities include a spacious and comfortable lounge area with TV, as well as vending machines for refreshments. Freight drivers may benefit from a two-tier ramp facility offering fast loading and unloading, as well as an onboard drivers restaurant exclusively for freight transporters.

Those with disabilities have access to special assistance when boarding, provided it is requested in advance by calling 0870 2424 777. Facilities in the ferry terminal include good wheelchair access to all areas of the terminal, and specially adapted washrooms.
