Ferry companies operating from the Port of Kapellskär

Viking Line has a twice daily crossing from Kapellskär to Mariehamn, which takes just 1.5 hours onboard the Ålandsfärjan. Times of this service vary seasonally.

Silja Line sails the Silja Europa and Silja Festival twice daily from Turku in Finland to Stockholm, with a stop at the Åland Islands en-route. The ferry reaches the Åland Islands in five hours and takes a total of 12 hours to reach Stockholm. Note that the ferry sometimes docks at Kapellskär instead of Stockholm, but there is a bus connection from Kapellskär to Stockholm.
