Useful Information
Port of Guernsey (St. Peter Port)

The mellow Gulf Stream blesses Guernsey with a balmy climate while golden and unspoilt beaches offer a further attraction to tourists. Guernsey has the attractive capital of St. Peter Port and is less formal than Jersey. There are inter-island trips available to Jersey, while other ferry companies provide links to France and the UK.
The ferry terminal in Guernsey is only 10 minutes walk or 5 minute drive to the heart of St. Peter Port. Here you will find many shops and restaurants, though there are also a number of outlets available onboard the many ferries that cross the Channel. Internet facilities are available in the town's library and Internet cafes: Gias Web on the High Street (open 09:00 to 17:00).
