Transportation to and from the Port of Calvi

Corsica is located just over 130kms from the coast of Southern France, and only 80kms from Italy. Calvi is well connected to both countries by regular flights and ferries. On the island itself, Calvi is linked to other major centres by good road and rail networks.

The closest motorway or main road is the RN197, which has connections to Bastia and other major locations on the island.

A 50-minute train ride from Calvi is L'Ile Rousse, with services provided by SNCF - CFC.

Calvi airport provides convenient air connections to Paris, Lyon, Nice and Marseilles; the airport is situated around 10kms outside of the town. The airport is served by taxis, which may be contacted at +33 (0) 4 95 65 30 36.

Ferries are operated by two companies, and serve Nice in the south of France and Savona in Italy.

Once you arrive at the port, you will find parking facilities for both short and long-term stays, though available spaces can be scarce during the summer months.
