P&O Irish Sea currently operates a fleet of 12 conventional ships and 1 fast ferry between Great Britain, Ireland and France. The vessels are: European Causeway (built in 2000 in Japan), European Highlander (built in 2002 in Japan), European Pioneer (built in 1975 in Germany), European Seafarer (built in 1975 in Germany), European Navigator (built in 1977 in Austria), European Envoy (built in 1979 in Japan), European Leader (built in 1975 in Germany), European Diplomat (built in 1978 in South Korea), European Ambassador (built in 2000 in Japan), Superstar Express (built in 1997 in Australia), Norbank (built in 1993 in the Netherlands) and Norbay (built in 1993 in the Netherlands).

The vessels with the prefix 'European' are all modern conventional ferries offering excellent onboard facilities. The facilities offered onboard the newer-built P&O Irish sea vessels are very similar, only more modern and luxurious. Onboard facilities include: restaurant, bar, children's play area, viewing decks, club class area, gift shop and a wide range of accommodation including two- and four-berth en suite cabins and four-berth en suite deluxe cabins with video and Playstation consoles.

The European Causeway and European Highlander are the newest members of P&O Irish Sea's fleet and are the most powerful conventional ferries operating in the Irish Sea, with a top speed of 23 knots.

The Norbank and Norbay are sister ferries boasting stylish interiors, each with a choice of two restaurants, two lounges and a bar. The vessels also offer a range of cabins to suit every budget.

The SuperStar Express, which replaced the Jetliner on the Larne-Cairnryan route, has the capacity to carry 800 passengers and 175 cars.
