Dane Sea Line operates regular daily sailings to and from Piraeus and Rhodes to all the major Greek islands. The destinations covered are: Dodecanese Islands (Rhodes, Kos, Kalymnos, Leros, Patmos, Astipalea, Symi, Tilos, Nissiros, Lipsi and Kastelorizo), the Cyclades (Syros, Paros, Naxos, Amorgos and Mykonos), Thessaloniki and Samos.
The daily routes from Piraeus are: Patmos (9 hours), Leros (10 hours), Kalymnos (11 hours, 30 minutes), Astipalea (9 hours, 30 minutes), Kos (12 hours), Rhodes (14 hours), Siros (4 hours, 30 minutes), Amorgo (8 hours, 30 minutes), Paros (5 hours, 30 minutes), Naxos (6 hours, 30 minutes) and Mykonos (6 hours). Sailing times vary greatly depending on the time of the year, weather and vessel in operation.

From Rhodes, the company sails to Samos and Thessaloniki. The journey to Samos is 7 hours and the trip to Thessaloniki takes 21 hours. Numerous weekly crossing are available during the high season in the summer.
