Color Line AS is the largest Norwegian cruise ferry line, boasting a fleet of nine vessels. The company operates five international ferry services between eight ports in Norway, Germany, Denmark and Sweden. Color Line is also represented on several international bodies, which are working to promote safety and protect the environment. The company was awarded the Oslo Port Authority Environmental Award in 2001 and has begun using more environmentally friendly fuel, sorting its garbage at source and has initiated a number of projects to reduce emissions of greenhouse gases.
