Sailings include connections between the Tremiti Islands, on the following routes: Tremiti-Vasto, Tremiti-Manfredonia, Tremiti-Vieste, Tremiti-Ortona, Tremiti-Termoli, and Vasto-Ortona.

Adriatica di Navigazione also connects Ancona (Italy) with Split (Croatia). There are two sailings per week during the winter, rising to four a week during the peak summer months. The crossing on average takes about 10 hours, 30 minutes. There is also a sailing between Ancona and Bar once a week. This sailing, on average, takes about 22 hours, 30 minutes.
