Eurotunnel operates out of two terminals: the UK Passenger Terminal at Folkestone in Kent and the France Passenger Terminal at Coquelles in Calais.
In the UK, the Eurotunnel Passenger Terminal is located at Folkestone off junction 11A of the M20 motorway. From London, take the M20 motorway southbound. The exit junction, 11A, is clearly sign-posted 'Channel Tunnel' along the motorway. On leaving the motorway follow the approach road to the Check-in booths to board the shuttle. When arriving in Folkestone, there is a petrol station right on the exit road that has toilet facilities, as well as a mini-supermarket.
In France, the Eurotunnel Passenger Terminal is located at Coquelles, off junction 13 of the A16 motorway. From the north of Paris, take the A1 motorway towards Lille or from the west of Paris, take the A16 motorway towards Calais. The exit junction is clearly sign-posted 'Tunnel sous la Manche' along the motorway. On leaving the motorway, follow the approach road to the check-in booths. On arrival in Coquelles, there is an Elf petrol station nearby, with machine to change cash, and toilet facilities.

Parking is not available at the Folkestone terminal itself. There is, however, a nearby parking facility. Please contact +44 (0)1304 201 227 for directions and information. At the Coquelles terminal, passengers can park at the Cité Europe shopping centre, close to the Eurotunnel terminal. However, this is a public car park with no security supervision. Passengers can also park close to the PETS Check-in booth just before reaching the main terminal Check-in.
Both terminals provide excellent amenities for passengers. Facilities include: shops, restaurants, cash dispensers, Travelex and a 24-hour information desk.
The UK Passenger Terminal building boasts 14 shops including high street favourites such as Dixons, WHSmith, Pret a Manger, Boots, AA and Burger King. Other boutiques include: Zinq, offering tax-free branded sunglasses, quality fashion watches and jewellery; The Perfume House, with perfumes, fragrances and cosmetics; and Glorious Britain, offering the best of British quality and style, including food, gifts and souvenirs.
The French Passenger Terminal building boasts 11 shops, including Beauty Unlimited, Le Petit Bistrot, McDonald's and Euroshop. The terminal provides ample last minute shopping opportunities, with typically French gifts, souvenirs, and confectionery, as well as unbeatable French prices on wines, beers, spirits, tobacco, perfume from the 24-hour Euroshop.
