Sardinia ports
With rugged landscape, historical ports and ancient resort towns, Sardinia is a beautiful and unspoiled Mediterranean island getaway. Greeks, Phoenicians, Romans, Pisans, Genoese and Spaniards have all contributed to the unique character of today's 'Sardis'. Being an island and part of Italy, many of the ferry connections from Sardinia link it to the mainland. However, there are also extensive links to its neighbouring islands; Corsica and Sicily.
